Job Description:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated caregivers willing to move over to Estonia. This position positively impacts the lives of those in need, with full visa sponsorship provided to the right candidate.
Duties are:
Ministering personal care and assisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Assist clients with mobility and transportation for medical appointments or social activities.
Follow up on clients’ health and report any changes to family members or healthcare professionals.
Administer medication as prescribed and ensure clients follow their care plans.
Keep the living area clean and organized.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
Certification in caregiving or nursing support is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Estonian or other languages is a plus
Preparedness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
